Awarding the long term contracts for the importation of Petrol and Diesel for the period of eight months from 2020/11/01 to 2020/06/30

- The Cabinet approved the proposals submitted by the Minister of Energy to award the following long term contracts for the importation of Petrol and Diesel for the period of eight months from 2020‑11‑01 to 2020‑06‑30, as recommended by the Special Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee.

* Awarding the procument to M/s ES Energy DMCC,U.A.E to supply 1,800,000 barrels of Petrol (92 Unl)

* Awarding the procument to M/s Swiss Singapore Overseas Enterprises Pte. Ltd., in Singapore to supply 1,680,000 barrels of Diesel that contain maximum sulphur percentage 0.05.
