- The proposal made by the Minister of Energy, to award the contract for the Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Three (03) Fuel Storage Tanks at Kolonnawa Installation to Indo - East Engineering and Construction (Lanka) Pvt. Ltd to a sum of Rs.942.47 million (excluding VAT), as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
