Construction of a new interchange on the Southern Expressway at Bedigama for the Tangalle - Weeraketiya Road

- It has been found that, there is a possibility of attracting more expressway users by constructing a new interchange at Bedigama, for the road section of Tangalle - Weeraketiya. As such, approval of the Cabinet has been granted to construct the proposed new interchange and to utilize the balance of the amount used for the construction of the Section II of the Southern Expressway.
