Design and Construction of 300 housing units at Obesekarapura (Arunodaya Mawatha, Rajagiriya)

- Obesekarapura Housing Project which has been designed to implement under the Colombo Urban Regenaration Programme, with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank loan facilities, will consist 300 housing units of 550 Sq. ft. each Accordingly, the proposal made by the Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Urban Development, Water Supply and Housing Facilities, to award the contract for the purpose, on design and construction basis, to M/s Subasinghe Contractors (Pvt) Ltd, to a sum of Rs. 1,732.35 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
