Draft Agreement between the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Czech Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion in respect of the taxes on income

- An Agreement between the Government of Sri Lanka and the Czech Republic, for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion has been initialed at Officials' level on the 15th of March 2019. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Finance, Economy and Policy Development for signing of the relevant Agreement at Government level and presenting the signed Agreement in Parliament in terms of Section 75(1) of the Inland Revenue Act, No.24 of 2017, was approved by the Cabinet.
