Calling of applications to purchase bricks for the re creation of the Deeghawapi Stupa in Ampara

Bids have been called for under the National Competitive Bidding System to purchase bricks for re‑creating the Deegahawapi Stupa in Ampara and accordingly, Technical Evaluation Committee appointed has evaluated the 08 bids received for the purpose and submitted its recommendations. Taking into consideration the above recommendations made in this regard, 07 suppliers have been selected and the proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Buddhasasana, Cultural and Religious Affairs to purchase the necessary bricks from the said 07 suppliers, was approved by the Cabinet.
