Declaring the Districts Island wide vulnerable to landslides and extending landslide risk assessment process of the landslide-prone areas

- The proposal made by the Minister of Public Administration, Disaster Management and Livestock Development, to declare the landslide-prone areas in the Moneragala, Kurunegala, Gampaha and Colombo Districts in addition to the 10 Districts already declared as landslide-prone areas and to introduce the landslide risk assessment methodology of the National Building Research Organization, was approved by the Cabinet.
