Selection of an Agency for Public Relation Services in Russia and Ukraine for Global Promotional Campaign for Ceylon Tea

- The proposal made by the Minister of Plantation Industries, to select M/s SPN Communications to implement a Public Relations Campaign for a one year period in Russia and Ukraine under the Global Promotional Campaign for Ceylon Tea, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
