Amendments to the Prescription Ordinance

- The approval of the cabinet has been granted previously to instruct the Legal Draftsman to prepare a Draft Bill to amend the Prescription Ordinance. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Justice & Prison Reforms, to publish the Draft (Amendment) Bill submitted by the Legal Draftsman in the Government Gazette and subsequently, to present the said draft Bill in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
