Transfer of 02A- 03R- 34.51P of land at Muthurajawela to the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd.

- At present, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation is constructing a Tank Farm on a plot of land in extent of 100 Acres, owned by the Sri Lanka Land Development Corporation located at Muthurajawela Sand Filled Area. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development to transfer the land in extent of 02A- 03R- 34.51P, by way of sale to Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd., for the purpose of parking a large number of Bowsers which come daily to the said premises and other associated development activities, was approved by the Cabinet.
