Submission of the Gazette Notifications published for approval in Parliament

- The proposal made by the Minister of Finance, to present the following 07 Extraordinary Gazette Notifications i.e. Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2134/44 dated 01st August 2019, Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2135/54 dated 08th August 2019, Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2135/67 dated 10th August 2019, Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2139/74 dated 07th September 2019, Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2140/20 dated 10th September 2019, Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2143/3 dated 30th September 2019 and Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2143/21 dated 02nd October 2019 issued under the Special Commodity Levy Act, No.48 of 2007, with the objective of providing relief for the consumers and local farmers and the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2140/19 dated 10th September 2019 and the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2142/87 dated 27th September 2019 which contain the revisions of Customs Import Duty under the Revenue Protection Act, No.19 of 1962, for approval of Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
