Press briefing of Cabinet Decision taken on 2019-10-09

Entry into term tender for the import of Combined Cargoes of Gasoline (92 Unl) & Gasoline (95 Unl) during the period of nine (09) months from 15th October 2019 to 14th July 2020

- The proposal made by the Minister of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development to award the contract for the import of 1,924,000 barrels (Bbls) of Gasoline (92 Unl) at the premium of US$ 3.456 per Bpl and 476,000 barrels (Bbls) of Gasoline (95 Unl) at the premium of US$ 3.876 per Bpl during the period of nine (09) months from 15th October 2019 to 14 July 2020 to M/s Vitol Asia Pte., Singapore, was approved by the Cabinet.
