Consultancy Services for the feasibility study and detailed design of the Kandy Suburban Railway Project

- Approval of the Cabinet has been granted previously for the feasibility study and detailed design of the Kandy Suburban Railway Project. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Transport & Civil Aviation, to award the contract for consultancy services in this regard to IDOM Consulting Engineering, Architecture, S.A.U. (SPA) with Saman Corporation (KOR) as Joint Venture Partners and Resources Development Consultants Ltd., (SRI) as sub‑consultants, on the concurrence of the Asian Development Bank and as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Consultants Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
