Replacement of Main Crude Distiller Column, Diesel Hydrotreater Reactor, and the Platformer Unit with a Continuous Catalyst Regeneration type Reformer at the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery

- The proposal made by the Minister of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development, to award the contract to carry out Front End Engineering Design as the first phase of the project of the replacement of Main Crude Distiller Column, Diesel Hydrotreater Reactor, and the Platformer Unit with a Continuous Catalyst Regeneration type Reformer at the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery to the Institute, UOP LLC,USA as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
