Land (Restrictions on Alienation) (Amendment) Bill

- The proposal made by the Minister of Finance to publish the draft Bill prepared by the Legal Draftsman to amend the Land (Restrictions on Alienation) Act, No.38 of 2014 incorporating the necessary legal provisions to exclude the companies listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange from the application of prohibition on purchasing of lands in Sri Lanka, in the Government Gazette and present it in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
