Purchase of an additional Pilot Launch for Sri Lanka Ports Authority

- Approval of the Cabinet has been granted previously to award the contract for the supply of 02 Pilot Launches for Sri Lanka Ports Authority to Colombo Dockyard PLC, Sri Lanka. Since Sri Lanka Ports Authority has identified the necessity of having another Pilot Launch in addition to the said two Pilot Launches in view of delivering efficient navigational services within the operational ports, the proposal made by the Minister of Ports & Shipping and Southern Development to award the contract for the procurement of an additional Pilot Launch for Sri Lanka Ports Authority to M/s Colombo Dockyard PLC, Sri Lanka on the same terms and conditions of the above contract under the provisions of Repeat Order Procurement Method of the Procurement Guideline 2006 as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
