Award of the three contracts under 'Sukithapurawara Township Development Programme' to the Central Engineering Services (Pvt.) Limited (CESL), which is a Subsidiary Company under Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB), without following the National Procurement Procedures

- The proposal made by the Minister of Megapolis & Western Development to award the contracts for the projects of laying carpet for a road section of 1.85 km on Eluwakkulama - Aruwakkaru road up to (Y) junction and the construction of a two storey library building for Kadawalai school and a two storied class room building for Bharatha school at Pudukudiyiruppu, to the Central Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd., was approved by the Cabinet.
