Lease of 13 Acres - 01 Rood - 00.95 Perches of land in the Muthurajawela Industrial Zone owned by the Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (SLLRDC) to the CA Crushing (Pvt.) Limited

- The activities of the Outer Circular Highway Project is at a level nearing completion. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Megapolis & Western Development, to lease out the land in extent of 13A - 01R - 00.95P situated at the Muthurajawela Industrial Zone now being leased on annual lease basis for the project requirements, to the Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd., the contract company of the said project to CA Crushing (Pvt.) Ltd., which supplied manufactured sand and aggregates to the said project for a period of 30 years, subject to obtaining the approval of the Central Environmental Authority and also the other relevant institutions, was approved by the Cabinet.
