Regulation on Priority of Claims in a winding up of a Licensed Finance Company under the section 33 of the Finance Business Act, No.42 of 2011

- Regulations on Priority of Claims in a winding up of a Licensed Finance Company approved by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, drafted under section 33 of the Finance Business Act, No.42 of 2011 to facilitate the winding up process of a licensed finance company has been published under the signature of the Minister of Finance in the Gazette (Extraordinary) No.2125/58 of 2019 05 31. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Finance, to present the said Gazette in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
