The Report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into and Report on Alleged Irregularities in connection with the SriLankan Airlines Limited, SriLankan Catering Limited and the Mihin Lanka (Pvt.) Limited

- The proposal made by H.E. the President, to table the Report in Parliament, containing 32 recommendations made by the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into and Report on Alleged Irregularities said to have been committed in connection with the SriLankan Airlines Limited, the SriLankan Catering Limited and the Mihin Lanka (Pvt.) Limited from 2006 01 01 to 2018 01 31, having examined the written and oral complaints made by various parties and other information and to refer the said Report to the Attorney General to take legal action further necessary, as per the recommendations of the Commission, was approved by the Cabinet.
